Shappy provides product price comparison tools, verified coupon codes, Shappy Rewards progression, Shappy Credit planning, receipt OCR scanning, and personal or multi-client warranty tracking. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register for a Shappy account, participate in Shappy Rewards, refer friends, or use partner cashback and credit referral features. By checking the registration agreement box and creating an account on shappy.com, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

Shappy offers a free personal tier, a Shappy Pro tier (available by redeeming 1,000 Shappy Points for 30 days or via a $10/month or $100/year subscription), and a Shappy Business tier ($50/month with 1 seat and 3 properties/units included, plus $20/month per additional seat; properties/units 4–10 cost $10/month each, 11–50 cost $5/month each, and 51–200 cost $2.50/month each, with the property subtotal rounded to the nearest dollar) designed for property and team warranty organization. Each team member can manage up to 50 properties. Business annual is 10 times the full monthly price, paid upfront, including base, seats and properties. Mid-term additions are prorated at the annual rate; removals take effect at renewal. Annual Business payments qualify for a full refund within 14 days of the term start, and no refund after that. These prepaid terms require manual renewal. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

Shappy is an independent price-comparison and warranty-organization platform, not an online retailer or seller of record. All product prices, unit-size calculations, model numbers, stock availability, product descriptions, outbound product/search links, promo codes, shipping terms, credit card offers (such as Synchrony OnePay CashRewards and Chase Prime Visa), and membership promotions (including Amazon Prime for Young Adults 5% Cash Back for eligible US customers ages 18–24 or enrolled college students) displayed on shappy.com, Shappy live stream broadcasts (including Twitch and Kick), or the SHAPPY Saver browser extension are sourced from catalog data, APIs, and product listings published by third-party retailers, manufacturers, and affiliate partners.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price, seller identity, model configuration, and availability information displayed on the applicable retailer’s website (such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, or Lowes.com) at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of that product.

Outbound Links, Retailer Redirects & Landing Page Discrepancies: Because third-party retailers continuously update their catalogs, reassign or merge product identifiers (ASINs, SKUs, and Item IDs), change package sizes or model variants (such as capacity, color, or tool-only vs. kit bundles), adjust regional/ZIP-code store pricing, or automatically switch a sold-out first-party listing to a higher-priced third-party marketplace reseller, an outbound link from shappy.com may occasionally land on a retailer page whose price, seller, stock status, or product variant differs from what was displayed on Shappy. Shopping Happy LLC is not responsible or liable for incorrect, redirected, or outdated third-party links, landing page discrepancies, third-party reseller markups, or retailer catalog errors, and is under no obligation to honor, price-match, or reimburse any price difference.

In the event of any difference between the product, model, link destination, or price displayed on shappy.com and the retailer’s landing or checkout page, the final product listing, model number, seller, price, package size, availability, cashback eligibility, and warranty terms displayed on the retailer’s checkout page at the time of purchase always govern. Always verify that the landing page matches your intended product, model, and price on the retailer’s website before completing your purchase.

Shappy earns from qualifying purchases as an Amazon Associate. Shappy is member-supported, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through our links. When you click a product, deal, coupon, or partner referral link on shappy.com and complete a qualifying purchase, Shopping Happy LLC may receive an affiliate commission or referral fee from the retailer or affiliate network (including as an Amazon Associate, Walmart affiliate partner, and Sovrn Commerce partner) at no additional cost to you. Commission eligibility never influences which retailer is ranked or badged as the lowest or best-value offer, and clicking Amazon Associates links or purchasing on Amazon.com never awards Shappy Points.

Shappy Points are awarded for genuine platform engagement (such as logging warranty receipts, verifying checkout coupons, comparing products, and referring eligible adult friends who register at shappy.com) and may be redeemed toward Shappy Professional or Shappy Business perks. Pro members (including Business, which includes Pro benefits) earn 1.5 times the base points on all eligible verified earning, rounded to the nearest whole point with halves rounded up. Free members earn the base rate. Each 1,000 points adds 30 days to the end of the current Pro term, including annual terms. Active Pro members may use a no-card Business trial once per account and email, or redeem 5,000 points for a Business month. Both include one seat and three properties for 30 days, then revert to the prior Pro term or Free if it has expired. The prior Pro expiry keeps running during the Business trial or points month. No automatic payment is taken. Automated scripting, self-referrals, abuse, or fraudulent point farming is prohibited.

Shappy is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” informational basis by Shopping Happy LLC without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopping Happy LLC is not liable for third-party retailer pricing or listing errors, incorrect or redirected outbound links, landing page or model-variant discrepancies, third-party marketplace seller price markups, out-of-date catalog feeds, retailer fulfillment or shipping issues, issuer credit decisions, manufacturer warranty claim decisions, pricing fluctuations, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
