Cashback eligibility, percentages, exclusions, tracking rules, posting windows, and payment rules are controlled by cashback partners (such as TopCashback), card issuers (such as Synchrony Bank for the OnePay CashRewards Card requiring Walmart+ for 5% or 3% for non-members, and Chase for the Amazon Prime Visa), affiliate partners, retailers, and other third parties.

Cashback may post later and is not guaranteed. Pending, confirmed, reversed, missing, or delayed cashback may depend on partner and retailer systems.

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, partial refunds, failed payments, or order changes may reduce, delay, reverse, or cancel cashback and rewards.

Coupon use, browser extensions, ad blockers, disabled cookies, tracking issues, unsupported payment methods, or retailer exclusions may affect cashback tracking or eligibility.

Shappy Rewards are points toward Shappy Professional and Shappy Business membership perks: 100 Shappy Points equal $1.00 in Shappy Professional value (1,000 Shappy Points = 1 Month of Shappy Professional at $10/mo, and Refer-a-Friend awards +2,000 Points = 2 Free Months of Shappy Pro). Members earn Shappy Points for eligible first-party platform engagement (such as daily check-ins, logging warranty receipts, verifying promo codes, and referring friends), with Shappy Pro and Business members earning 1.5× points. Shappy earns from qualifying purchases as an Amazon Associate; in accordance with Amazon Associates Program requirements, clicking Amazon links or purchasing on Amazon.com never awards Shappy Points, rebates, or purchase incentives.

Shappy Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated by Shappy. Shappy may update rewards rules, eligibility, availability, expiration, and feature unlocks over time.
